Nathalia Ribeiro is the coordinator of the Corporate Litigation and Arbitration department at Allaw Advogados and has a 9-year experience in corporate litigation at Franco Montoro e Peixoto Advogados Associados. Her main focus has been on corporate and shareholder disputes, with emphasis on cases involving partner exclusions, partial dissolutions, and commercial disagreements between companies.
Nathalia holds a bachelor’s and postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. She is a specialist in Corporate Litigation from Insper – Institute of Education and Research (2017) and completed a course in International Arbitration at the University of Vienna (2019).
