- Representation of Clients before trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts involving Commercial and Corporate, Civil, Capital Markets, Securities, Banking and Finance, and Real Estate litigation.
- Preparation of legal opinions and affidavits about the applicability or interpretation of Brazilian law to be submitted in judicial or arbitration proceedings initiated in Brazil or abroad.
- Expertise in administrative proceedings before government agencies at federal, state and municipal levels.
- Expertise in all forms of national and international arbitration as lawyers.
- Representation of Clients in legal actions related to arbitration.
- Preparation of legal opinions, and providing advice regarding the drafting of arbitration agreements.
