Roberta is a Corporate/M&A and contractual lawyer. She has experience in corporate law, working with Startups and Fintechs, in organization, regulation and investment. Beside the work at other corporate law firms, she has worked in regulatory banking at a brokerage firm and foreign exchange bank.
Roberta holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/SP.
