- Personalized counseling to each family/company in order to plan the estate organization and prepare the family/company for succession events, considering family, corporate and tax aspects
- Multidisciplinary counseling with specialists in the areas of family, succession, corporate, tax and real estate
- Assistance for the constitution of investment vehicles, equity holdings and exclusive funds, in Brazil and abroad
- Assistance in the maintenance of investment vehicles, equity holdings and exclusive funds established in Brazil and/or abroad, assisting in the fulfillment of annual obligations and in the updating of statements and forms (compliance)
- Assistance in the taxes due collection (e.g., ITBI and ITCD)
- Constant updating on the corporate and tax aspects that may impact the carried out plans
