Juliana practices in the areas of Corporate Law/M&A and Contracts. She has extensive experience in these fields, having advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures, as well as on the drafting of shareholders’ agreements, partnerships, investment and restructuring agreements, among others. She advises companies across various sectors, with strong expertise in Asset Management and Private Equity firms.
She previously worked at Cescon Barrieu, Cepeda Advogados, and in the M&A department of B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão.
