Úrsula Eni is a lawyer in the Corporate Law and Business Contracts practice, focusing on the negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial agreements.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Estácio de Sá (Rio de Janeiro) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas Law School in São Paulo (FGV Law). She has worked for the Municipal Department of Culture of the State of São Paulo, managing public procurement processes and drafting administrative contracts, and has also provided legal aid through the Public Defender’s Office of the State of São Paulo, under a partnership with the São Paulo Bar Association. She has experience in corporate and contract law, with a strong focus on business contracts.
